
The high school cross country meet that was scheduled for today at Comstock high school has been rescheduled for Thursday, September 10 at 6 PM. The bus will leave at 4:30.

The Governor has given the MHSAA and member schools the "green light" to proceed with school sports. There are still many unknowns right now that include number of spectators, social distancing requirements, concessions, and schedules. Our league member schools are all working together in conjunction with the MHSAA and the State of Michigan to develop our schedules and protocols. Stay tuned.

We are SO excited for you to join us at the high school and make great memories for the next 5 years!! Orientation for all 8th graders is August 31, 2020. It is important every 8th grader and one parent/guardian attend the event. (We cannot allow additional people due to restrictions.)

H.S. Volleyball Update:
The practice site has been moved to the high school. We are building an outdoor court for practices. Please spread the word. Again, practice is from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. tomorrow.

High School Volleyball Update: Indoor practices are still not allowed at this time. Unfortunately, it is looking as though H.S. volleyball try-outs will need to take place outside. Try-outs will take place on Wednesday, August 12th and Thursday, August 13th from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at THE PRIMARY SCHOOL (track/stadium area), unless gyms are allowed to open prior to Wednesday, August 12th. If so, we will provide an update.

High School Athletic practices are scheduled to start next week. There are still many "unknowns" at this time. As of today, indoor practices are still not allowed. We do not know when games/competitions will be allowed to start and if spectators will be allowed to attend. Also, we will be required to continue to conduct health screenings prior to every practice. Please make sure you have filled out the Covid-19 waiver form and also the MHSAA Health Questionnaire that will be required prior to the first practice. FOOTBALL: Starts on Monday, August 10th. Practices will be each day from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. with a break between sessions.
Cross Country: Starts Wednesday, August 12th with a practice at the high school from 8 A.M. to 9 A.M. Practice on Thursday will be at the same time at the park behind the fire department. Practice on Friday will be at Fort Custer from 8:30 A.M.to 9:45 A.M.
Soccer: Starts Wednesday, August 12th. Practices will take place at the high school soccer field from 5-7 p.m. each night.
Cheerleading: Starts on Wednesday, August 12th. Cheer Camp/Try-outs will take place at the high school from 8 A.M. until 12 p.m. on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Monday(17th), and Tuesday (18th) Plan to be outside unless we are allowed inside by that time.
